Overview

The European initiative Q-Cert-VET developed a new quality standard and related certification scheme for the vocational education and training (VET) sector in Portugal.

Q-Cert-VET stands for Quality Certification for Vocational Education and Training and was supported and funded by the European Commission.

Objectives and Results

The main objectives of Q-Cert-VET were the development of a Portuguese official standard with requirements for the Quality of Learning Services, (including e-Learning) and the support of a Portuguese certification scheme for VET sector in Portugal based on such.
